North Park Partners

UPDC contracted with CPDC/DRG to provide acquisition and relocation services to North Park Partners for RPA1 of the Lambert Airport Eastern Perimeter Redevelopment Area now known as North Park.  North Park now offers 550-acres of office, retail and industrial space.   

The Junior College District of St. Louis, St. Louis County, Missouri

In November of 2005, UPDC contracted with the Junior College District of St. Louis, St. Louis County, Missouri to acquire land in the City of St. Louis for the construction of The New Harrison Education Center. This center is an extension of St. Louis Community College at Forest Park located in North St. Louis City.  Under this engagement, UPDC prepared appraisals, negotiated the acquisition of improved and vacant land and provided relocation to families impacted by acquisition.
