In December 2021, UPDC was hired by Planning & Valuation Consultants, Inc. (PVC-INC), to negotiate the acquisition of easements and right-of-way along IL Route 159 on behalf of The Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT) to improve curb cuts to improve accessibility to sidewalks and meet ADA standards.
