Lambert-St. Louis International Airport

UPDC became most noted for providing land acquisition services as a result of their largest land acquisition project with the City of St. Louis, Lambert’s Noise Mitigation Program. During the period, fall of 1990 through fall of 2004, UPDC provided land acquisition and relocation assistance for approximately 500 residential properties, businesses and non-profit organizations in Kinloch, Missouri. As the prime consultant on this project, UPDC handled all phases of the acquisition and relocation process.

In October 1997, UPDC became part of a collaborative effort to provide acquisition and relocation services for the Airport Expansion Program in Bridgeton, Missouri. This project involved the acquisition of approximately 2000 parcels.  UPDC completed the acquisition of assigned parcels in September of 2005 and all property management assignments were completed as of January 2007.
