City of St. Louis Board of Public Service

The City of St. Louis Board of Public Service (BPS) contracted UPDC to provide land acquisition services for various projects under the federally funded Transportation Improvement Program (TIP). Under this contract, UPDC prepared relocation studies, property valuations and provided relocation and or negotiation services for properties required for transportation improvements.  In the event amicable agreements cannot be reached, UPDC assisted the City in facilitating condemnation.  As these are federally funded projects, all services are performed in accordance with the Federal Uniform Relocation Act (URA).
